- Drive new business by identifying and developing partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with Partnerships Managers, Partner Success and Marketing on outreach campaigns based on impact.
- Manage initial BD pipeline through outreach and nurturing via phone, email, social.
- Drive new client acquisition, revenue and market share in ecommerce to meet quota.
- Engage potential partners about goals and educate them on Tamara's value.
- Develop best practices and processes to grow our merchant partner base.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 2+ years in business development, sales or lead generation.
- Written and verbal English fluency; excellent communication.
- Ability to work with data to create insights and PowerPoint for pitches.
