  • Support customer happiness and retention across CS, eng, product, and sales
  • Respond to support tickets and identify issues
  • Relay advanced customer problems to CS and eng with notes
  • Solve complex tickets using SQL
  • Create video walkthroughs of solutions for customers
  • Debug issues with customers over the phone

🎯 Requirements

  • Excellent written communication and fluency in English
  • Strong phone presence and clear email writing; handle objections
  • Willing to work specific hours to provide coverage
  • Experience in technical SaaS/enterprise customer support
  • Ability to explain technical topics clearly and engagingly
  • Proactive problem-solver who proposes solutions
