- Support customer happiness and retention across CS, eng, product, and sales
- Respond to support tickets and identify issues
- Relay advanced customer problems to CS and eng with notes
- Solve complex tickets using SQL
- Create video walkthroughs of solutions for customers
- Debug issues with customers over the phone
🎯 Requirements
- Excellent written communication and fluency in English
- Strong phone presence and clear email writing; handle objections
- Willing to work specific hours to provide coverage
- Experience in technical SaaS/enterprise customer support
- Ability to explain technical topics clearly and engagingly
- Proactive problem-solver who proposes solutions
