📋 Description

• Provide continuous bedside doula support during labor and delivery.
• Coordinate with Mahmee virtual doula team for backup support.
• Conclude in-person labor support 1-2 hours after delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Current full-spectrum doula training certificate from a recognized org (DONA CAPPA or equivalent).
• Experience in prenatal/postpartum education, labor support, newborn care, and breastfeeding.
• Tech proficiency: messaging, email, video calls; EHR or care management platforms.
