📋 Description

• Develop and maintain financial models for portfolio companies and internal operations
• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and variance analysis
• Develop long-range strategic planning processes
• Track and analyze actuals vs. budget; identify key drivers and variances
• Assist in cash planning, runway analysis, and capital allocation decisions
• Build models and analyses to inform key decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• At least 7 years of experience in FP&A, preferably biotech and established pharma
• Familiarity with drug development process and timelines
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
• Experience building and maintaining complex financial models
• Proactive and self-directed, with ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
