• Licensed PE in electrical engineering or equivalent senior experience with building projects.
• Led power, lighting, and low-voltage design on real buildings.
• Fluent in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, SKM PowerTools, ETAP, AGi32.
• Deep curiosity for how things work and ability to explain why.
• Opinionated about workflows and what's broken.
