📋 Description

• Walk through day-to-day workflows in detail
• Discuss real projects to reveal design intent
• Pressure-test ideas and prototypes for time savings and risk
• Map structural handoffs to civil/MEP and architects/contractors
• Identify irreducible engineering judgment vs repetitive automation

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed PE (SE a plus) with hands-on structural design
• Experience across steel, concrete, timber, masonry
• Fluent in ETABS, RAM, RISA, SAP2000, Revit Structure
• Deep curiosity for how things work and ability to explain why
• Opinionated about workflows and what's broken
