• 5+ years HRBP/generalist experience with hourly workforces.
• Experience coaching new and junior managers in hourly/call-center teams.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and compliance.
• Experience handling employee relations issues independently.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
