- Support core HR processes and foster a high-performance culture.
- Assist investigations and unemployment claims with Sr HRBP and legal.
- Coordinate employee engagement events with Workplace Services.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years HRBP/generalist experience with hourly workforces.
- Experience coaching new and junior managers in hourly/call-center teams.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and compliance.
- Experience handling employee relations issues independently.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
