🎯 Requirements

• Licensed PE in mechanical engineering with HVAC/mechanical systems leadership on real projects
• Fluent in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and load/energy modeling tools (Trane Trace, Carrier HAP)
• Strong curiosity for how things work and ability to explain why
• Opinionated about workflows and what's broken in your discipline
