Sales Operations Specialist at Ampd Energy

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end order-to-cash from entry to payment.
• Ensure accurate order entry and CRM data maintenance.
• Coordinate with supply chain and logistics for shipments and documentation.
• Generate POs, invoices, and shipping docs.
• Produce regular sales reports with metrics and forecast updates.
• Liaise across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Service; maintain CRM data quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in Sales Operations, Order Management, or Supply Chain coordination.
• Hands-on experience with O2C/order-to-invoice processes.
• Familiarity with international shipping, Incoterms, export docs preferred.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (NetSuite, SAP, HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin a plus.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and ability to manage multiple orders.
