- Troubleshoot log files, networks, APIs, and systems

🎯 Requirements
- Omni-channel CTI in contact centers
- 2+ years as product support engineer
- Windows OS, MS SQL, IIS
- Linux, REST APIs, IP Networking
- Log analysis and troubleshooting
- Experience with Cisco UCCE, Amazon Connect, Genesys
- Strong listening and consultative skills
- Outbound contact center product experience a plus
