- Resolve technical issues with a structured approach
- Consultatively assist customers to implement solutions
- Log analysis and troubleshooting experience
- Familiar with IP networking, SQL, REST APIs, Linux
🎯 Requirements
- Strong customer-facing communication and listening skills
- Windows OS, MS SQL, IIS experience
- Hands-on log analysis and troubleshooting
- Familiar with IP networking, SQL, REST APIs, Linux
- Experience with contact center software (Cisco UCCE, Amazon Connect, Genesys)
- Outbound contact center product experience is a plus
