  • 2+ years as a product support engineer
  • Resolve technical issues with a structured approach
  • Consultatively assist customers to implement solutions
  • Log analysis and troubleshooting experience
  • Familiar with IP networking, SQL, REST APIs, Linux

🎯 Requirements

  • Strong customer-facing communication and listening skills
  • Windows OS, MS SQL, IIS experience
  • Hands-on log analysis and troubleshooting
  • Familiar with IP networking, SQL, REST APIs, Linux
  • Experience with contact center software (Cisco UCCE, Amazon Connect, Genesys)
  • Outbound contact center product experience is a plus
