📋 Description

• Process booking per Sales/Operations/Rate Center/Key Account requests
• Handle Export shipments per Sales/Customer and overseas agent instruction
• Generate export documents (AWB, Manifest, Invoice)
• Review P&L for each job and monitor Export team to close on time
• Coordinate with Airfreight, Sales, Key Account and others on operations
• Contact carriers for rate checks and booking

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics & Freight Forwarding or related field
• Experience in freight forwarding
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Airfreight Export
• Strong customer service mindset
• Sales-oriented with operational focus
• Self-confident with positive attitude
