📋 Description

• Own and scale FP&A planning infrastructure across IBM Planning Analytics and Pigment
• Translate business and financial requirements into scalable planning logic and system design
• Improve model structure, auditability, flexibility, and usability across planning workflows
• Standardize planning methodologies and forecasting processes across international markets
• Bridge Finance and Technical Systems teams to reflect business logic and financial requirements
• Drive data integrity and reconciliation across planning systems

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Finance Systems, or related roles
• Strong understanding of business models, financial drivers, and planning processes
• Deep financial modeling and forecasting capabilities
• Ability to connect operational drivers to financial outcomes
• Experience with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) and Pigment; Anaplan; Adaptive
• Experience with SQL, BI tools, or dashboarding platforms
