Senior Software Engineer II at Forma

📋 Description

• Lead the design and delivery of complex features end-to-end.
• Build features across the stack: NestJS/TypeScript backend and React/TS frontend.
• Contribute to member/admin portals and the React Native app.
• Build and orchestrate third-party integrations with webhooks and retries.
• Own services in production: on-call, monitoring, and incident response.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and pairing.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years delivering software; led projects end-to-end.
• Strong TypeScript (Node.js); quick to learn.
• React + TypeScript frontend; MUI/Tailwind a plus.
• PostgreSQL: schema design, queries, migrations.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and external services.
• Experience with event-driven architectures (Pub/Sub, Kafka, SQS/SNS) a plus.
