Senior Textile Quality Assurance Associate at Everlane

📋 Description

• Implement and execute global inspection and testing programs with factories and partners
• Communicate test results to stakeholders and factories for improvements
• Independently manage QA activities aligned with Everlane’s global standards
• Analyze new materials, test results, risk, and advise cross-functional teams
• Manage return-rate analysis and coordinate mitigation plans
• Troubleshoot and resolve development and bulk quality issues

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of QA experience in textiles, apparel, or accessories
• Understanding of materials risk and garment usability
• Technical knowledge of AATCC and ASTM testing standards
• Experience presenting to key stakeholders
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally
• Airtable and Excel analysis a plus
