• Own the legal function end-to-end across entities.
• Design entity architecture across consulting, fund, ops, portfolios.
• Lead acquisitions, transactions, and roll-ups from start to close.
• Draft commercial contracts; protect IP and AI outputs.
• Build governance, compliance, and tax-aware structuring.
• Use AI-enabled workflows; advise on AI product and legal risk.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6+ years corporate and transactional experience.
• Deep fluency in Delaware law; NY/MA/MO knowledge.
• Tax-aware entity and transaction structuring.
• Own matters from strategy through drafting and filing without staff.
• Fluency with AI tools integrated into legal practice.
• Experience in fund formation, nonprofit governance, or campaign finance law.
