📋 Description

• Own full implementation lifecycle from kickoff to go-live and handoff
• Define scope, milestones, and governance with customer and leadership
• Maintain project timelines and dependencies in Salesforce
• Manage scope changes via formal change control and updates
• Lead cross-functional coordination and ensure a successful go-live
• Deliver handoff documentation to Customer Success at project close

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years PM exp delivering enterprise SaaS across multi-stakeholder workstreams
• Experience managing 4-12 concurrent projects with rigor
• VP/C-level client relationship experience
• Salesforce or CRM proficiency; PMP/PMI-ACP preferred
• Strong written communication; updates and risk logs are actionable
• Bias toward proactive escalation; surface issues early
• Construction/field service or B2B SaaS exp preferred
