ServiceNow Technical Architect – India at Cprime

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end ServiceNow architecture across programs.
• Translate requirements into scalable Now Platform solutions.
• Define standards for scripting, CMDB, API integrations, CI/CD, portals.
• Lead design workshops, architecture reviews, PoCs, and forums.
• Mentor teams on architecture patterns, portal strategy, performance, security.
• Identify risks and steer toward upgrade-safe, out-of-the-box solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of ServiceNow implementation/architecture experience.
• Proven tech lead/solution architect on enterprise Now Platform programs.
• Hands-on with Employee Center or CSM portal design (IA, widgets, search, security).
• Strong client-facing consulting experience (workshops, governance, architecture presentations).
• Deep Now Platform architecture, data model, ACL/security, integration design.
• CTA/CMA preferred; CSA/CAD/CIS certifications strongly desired.
