Senior Commercial Analyst at Megaport

📋 Description

• Collaborate with sales, legal, engineering, operations and finance to provide commercial insights.
• Lead the deals desk, pricing strategy, and commercial terms.
• Lead commercial support and evaluation of new products for pricing alignment.
• Support design and management of sales compensation aligned with revenue targets.
• Prepare financial reports, including forecasts and variance analysis.
• Develop dashboards and KPI metrics to measure commercial performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA/CFA preferred.
• 5+ years FP&A or commercial finance experience in a global organization.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for solving complex commercial challenges.
• Highly organized, self-motivated; able to work independently with a remote global team.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in financial modeling, Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce.
