Vice President of FInance at Eso

📋 Description

• Lead the finance organization, building models and forecasting ARR.
• Lead long-range planning, pricing strategy, ARR analytics, debt mgmt.
• Manage a team of ~7 finance pros; develop and scale the function.
• Partner with ESO's Executive Leadership Team, board, and lenders as FP&A voice.
• Drive cross-functional partnerships across Sales, Ops, Product.
• Build the financial frameworks and reporting for software, data, analytics.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership in a global company.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance; MBA preferred.
• Experience building FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and analytics.
• Strong communication and remote leadership; board storytelling.
• Experience with SaaS metrics, ARR, pricing, debt mgmt, exit readiness.
• Ability to operate in a remote-first, distributed team.
