📋 Description

• Lead and develop Area/Studio Managers to meet standards and culture.
• Provide regular feedback to improve leadership and results.
• Support studios with retention and operational performance challenges.
• Ensure timely resolution of employee issues and positive environment.
• Oversee 5-12 studios; conduct 8-hour visits to assess ops.
• Drive sales growth; optimize displays, inventory, and promos; monitor budgets.

🎯 Requirements

• Multi-unit retail mgmt experience driving sales and operations.
• Exceptional leadership; coaching, mentoring, and developing teams.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, data-driven decisions; health/safety regs a plus.
• Excellent communication; build relationships across levels.
• Proficient with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs).
• Travel up to 75%; CA retail management experience required; flexible hours.
