📋 Description

• Coach team members; ensure efficient workflow and quality
• Assign daily tasks to Retail Stock Associates to meet goals
• Onboard, train, and coach to build strong team dynamics
• Document daily activities and performance data
• Oversee replenishment and maintain stock levels
• Maintain inventory accuracy via cycle counts and receipts

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma/GED preferred
• 1-3 years related work experience preferred
• Available to work evenings, weekends, holidays
• Open/close shifts twice a week for all staff
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and NetSuite preferred
• Experience with inventory systems and handheld scanners a plus
