📋 Description

• Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring requirements and headcount.
• Develop proactive talent strategies to build pipelines for current and future roles.
• Identify, source, and engage top-tier talent beyond active seekers.
• Leverage referrals, networks, and events to strengthen employer brand and pipelines.
• Conduct candidate assessments and communicate Hermeus mission and rewards.
• Manage interview process for a seamless, high-touch candidate experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 4+ years full-cycle recruiting in technical, fast-growth orgs.
• Prior aerospace/defense/space recruiting preferred.
• Deep understanding of talent landscape across aerospace/engineering.
• Expertise with diverse sourcing tools beyond traditional platforms.
• Experience leveraging ATS, preferably Lever.
