📋 Description

• Oversee sterile and non-sterile compounding per USP 795, 797, 800.
• Collaborate with technicians, QA, and clinicians to ensure patient safety.
• Lead workflow management and staff supervision in the compounding facility.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Liaise with physicians and nurses to optimize therapies.
• Manage pharmacy inventory and vendor relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
• Active Florida Pharmacist license in good standing.
• On-site work required 5 days a week.
• Experience launching and managing new pharmacy facilities.
• Experience with sterile compounding and USP 795/797/800.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
