Non Sterile Compounding Technician at Henry Meds

📋 Description

• Assist in building and launching the pharmacy from ground zero.
• Establish and test best practices for pharmacy workstreams.
• Prepare compounded medications under pharmacist supervision per procedures.
• Perform cleanroom support per facility SOPs.
• Document compounding activities per SOPs and USP 795.
• Report issues in the lab to the Pharmacist in Charge.

🎯 Requirements

• Current Pharmacy Technician license or certification in good standing.
• Experience with Pharmacy Management Systems (Pharmetika a plus).
• One year experience working as a pharmacy technician.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Basic computer skills (scanners, inventory systems).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
