📋 Description

• Own the data lifecycle from ETL to reporting.
• Build data models and define key metrics end-to-end.
• Deliver end-to-end data solutions for insights.
• Partner with FP&A, Accounting, and Strategy on analytics.
• Coach junior BI team members and promote best practices.
• Translate business needs into scalable data solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as Data/Business Analyst in B2B software.
• Master’s degree in CS, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Strong SQL; Python and statistics skills are a plus.
• DBT experience for data workflows; GitLab a plus.
• BI tools: Tableau, Looker, Power BI; data storytelling.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite) and financial reporting.
