📋 Description

• Lead and execute inventory management with a focus on accuracy and shrink.
• Investigate root causes of inventory discrepancies and escalate gaps as needed.
• Oversee key operational functions: shipment, receiving, processing, transfers.
• Manage replenishment, floor set updates and supply management on the floor.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Lead by example; develop and coach store staff.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric retail or sales environment.
• Proven leadership with decision making and talent development.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Strong business acumen with ability to leverage metrics.
• Willing to work variable shifts including peak days and weekends.
