Income Tax Manager at ISN

📋 Description

• Prepare and oversee quarterly and annual tax provisions
• Review income tax returns, workpapers, and filings; monitor tax law changes
• Manage and review tax GL account reconciliations
• Oversee tax workpapers, including taxable income and estimate calculations
• Partner with internal teams, external firms, and authorities on audits
• Support tax budgeting and forecasting

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of corporate tax experience (income tax filing, provisions, research)
• Leadership experience to guide and influence teams
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
• Experience with transfer pricing
