📋 Description

• Maintain fleet compliance and courier safety.
• Ensure fleet partners meet regulations and internal policies.
• Support three markets (BGR/SRB/MKD) across Sofia, Belgrade, Skopje.
• Collaborate with local ops and biz teams on compliance strategies.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings with fleet partners.
• Prepare audit findings and KPI reports; drive improvements.

• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous customer-facing or administrative experience beneficial
• Fluency in English is mandatory
