📋 Description

• Own daily production planning and task allocation for the assembly team.
• Develop and grow your team through regular 1:1s and career conversations.
• Implement 5S and visual management as a living culture on the shop floor.
• Co-lead the office and shop floor relocation planned for Q3 2027.
• Eliminate recurring shop floor friction and improve material flow with SCM.
• Drive knowledge documentation so critical knowledge is shared across the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading a production or assembly team in hardware manufacturing
• Hands-on lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement in live production
• Strong leadership: develop team members, address underperformance, earn trust
• Implement and sustain 5S and visual management standards
• Experience with Jira or similar workflow tools in production
• Background in precision or electro-mechanical assembly
