📋 Description

• Develop category strategies and assortment to drive growth
• Lead category and color assortment, launch strategy, and pricing
• Synthesize data from multiple sources to drive growth
• Build and implement assortment strategy for online and retail channels
• Partner with design, production, planning, and marketing to implement product strategy
• Manage processes and calendars; create new ones to drive efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years merchandising experience
• Knowledge of women’s apparel marketplace and consumer
• Growth mindset and entrepreneurial approach to delivering results
• Knowledge of product development, financials, and production
• Strong leadership and communication skills with cross-functional partners
• Fluency with merchandising systems, tools, and applications
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
