• Verify customer documents during onboarding for authenticity and compliance.
• Be the POC for escalations; provide updates and resolve cases quickly.
• Identify issues or opportunities from daily work and escalate to manager.
• Assist and engage in additional projects/tasks as assigned.
• Oversee SLAs to ensure alignment with team and business goals.
• Maintain strict adherence to local and global KYC standards and procedures.
