Senior IT Operations Specialist at Showpad

📋 Description

• Provide first and second level IT support for colleagues
• Onboard devices and tools for new hires
• Okta integration, SSO, and automation; administer GSuite/Intune/Azure
• Manage access lifecycle: onboarding, changes, offboarding
• Monitor global internal and cloud systems and infra components
• Manage IT assets and provisioning via MDM (Kandji/Jamf/Intune)

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Willing to work in rotational shifts
• Strong communication skills
• All-round IT support with service desk experience
• Experience with networks, MacOS/Windows, SSO, EMM, cloud apps
• Ability to work flexibly, independently and in a team
• Passion for IT and Showpad product
