Business Analyst (Creatio) at Kyivstar

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business and functional requirements
• Analyze and model business processes; recommend improvements with Creatio tools
• Configure and customize Creatio apps using low-code/no-code tools
• Support full project lifecycle from requirements through testing and deployment
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases
• Work with developers, QA, and architects to ensure alignment

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably in CRM or BPM systems
• 1+ year hands-on experience with Creatio platform (CRM or Studio)
• Strong BPMN, CRM principles, and workflow automation
• Experience eliciting requirements, writing specs, and facilitating workshops
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management
• Basic understanding of low-code development and Creatio’s no-code tools
