📋 Description
- Lead two AI Ops Engineers and own delivery
- Build automations and agents for internal use
- Collaborate with Software Eng to embed AI in products
- Define prioritization framework and manage requests
- Ship scalable automations across 2,300+ staff
- Shape AI tooling strategy and roadmap
🎯 Requirements
- Hands-on experience building automations: scripting, workflows, or AI development
- Hands-on experience building agents using LangChain, MCP, Google ADK
- Experience with enterprise tooling: Vercel/Railway, Entra, internal platforms
- People leadership: led/mentored engineers and owned team delivery
