📋 Description

• Lead and manage finance and accounting initiatives: budget, audit, and month-end close.
• Daily accounting: GL, AR, AP, payroll, invoicing, fixed assets.
• Own financial reporting for internal, corporate, and peer requirements.
• Lead accounting operations, systems, processes, and special projects.
• Maintain SOPs and implement process improvements.
• Oversee billing, collections, price changes, and billing incentives.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of US GAAP accounting.
• Experience in the MSP space is a plus.
• Financial leadership and accounting operations experience.
• Ability to liaise with U.S.-based accounting team.
• Experience with budgeting, audits, and month-end close.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, self-motivated with growth mindset.
