Sr. User Researcher at Peloton

📋 Description

• Lead cross-team hardware and software user research; plan roadmaps.
• Define hardware research goals with PMs/designers; scope & execute.
• Plan and run software research with PMs/designers.
• Source participants and coordinate live, in-person or remote testing.
• Research hardware and software interactions; study the UX.
• Present findings to stakeholders to guide product decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in user research across hardware and software.
• Experience in hardware-focused research; human factors or ergonomics.
• Experience analyzing findings and giving concise insights.
• Experience building processes to organize work across teams.
• Experience with remote and in-person research methods.
• Comfort with AI tools to improve research efficiency.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills.
• Self-starter who can work autonomously.
