📋 Description

• Contribute to AML platform services for real-time sanctions screening and monitoring.
• Design event-driven services with Kafka/SNS/SQS (RFC process).
• Coach and mentor junior engineers; escalate critical compliance issues.
• Lead product initiatives from discovery to delivery with product/compliance teams.
• Own the products you build in a regulated, high-availability environment.
• Ensure high reliability and auditability in a regulated global environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience developing complex software for high-volume, low-latency systems.
• Primarily Python; strong OOP fundamentals.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and Kafka.
• CI/CD (Jenkins/GHA) and Terraform for deployment; able to contribute.
• Clear English communication and collaboration with international teams.
