• Define the Launch Standard: gates, playbooks, decision rights, rituals.
• Own Feature Flag & Cohort Strategy: early access and staged rollouts.
• Orchestrate cross-functional readiness across Eng, Product, Legal, Marketing, GTM, Sales.
• Keep cross-team stakeholders informed with dashboards and status updates.
• Improve with every launch: track friction and run retrospectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of TPM in a high-growth SaaS, with launches or GTM.
• Builder mindset; created processes or frameworks that stuck.
• Strong data analytics instincts for release health and adoption.
• Drive alignment across Eng, Product, Legal, Marketing, GTM, and Sales without direct authority.
• Sharp written communication; crisp launch briefs and docs.
• Strong prioritization; triage competing stakeholder demands.
