• Set up training labs for delivery and documentation teams
• Develop and support product training and user documentation
• Provide support to techpub for user guides, workflows, and procedures
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand system architecture and workflows
• Collaborate with techpub and Dev/QA to align docs with usage flows
• Review and enhance training and documentation for accuracy and usability
