Principal UX Manager, AI Experience
- Proven experience designing AI-powered experiences, conversational interfaces, copilots, intelligent assistants, or generative AI applications.
- Utilize Figma and emerging AI-powered design capabilities to accelerate ideation, high-fidelity prototyping, workflow efficiency, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience working within innovative technology organizations such as Meta, Google, OpenAI, Microsoft, Amazon, Anthropic, or similar environments.
- Thinks like both a designer and product strategist, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Exceptional at concepting, storytelling, prototyping, and transforming ideas into actionable product strategies.
- Experienced in leveraging AI-powered design, prototyping, and application development tools.
- Comfortable moving from vision and strategy through prototyping, validation, and delivery.
- Passionate about experimentation, innovation, and shaping the future of digital experiences through AI.
