📋 Description

• Plan and manage Facebook, TikTok, and Google UAC campaigns for LATAM iGaming.
• Optimize campaign performance to maximize ROMI and player acquisition.
• Analyze data and generate performance reports.
• Collaborate with creative teams to tailor assets per platform.
• Stay updated on Facebook, TikTok, and Google Ads policies for iGaming.
• Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years managing ad campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, or Google UAC; LATAM preferred.
• Strong skills: Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads/UAC, Pixel, conversion tracking.
• Experience with Keitaro, Voluum, AppsFlyer, and other attribution tools.
• Understanding of CPA, CPM, CPC, CTR, ROMI metrics.
• Budgets of $50k+ per month with ability to scale while maintaining profitable CPAs.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive; strong communication and collaboration.
