📋 Description

• Own complex enterprise implementations to drive adoption
• Act as trusted consultant to customers and internal teams on setup and adoption
• Drive implementations to early value and on-time activation
• Build relationships with executives and stakeholders, managing milestones
• Design and run tailored 1:many or train-the-trainer sessions
• Become a Heidi subject matter expert for clinicians

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in implementation, PM, or onboarding; 2+ years leading enterprise SaaS
• Experience delivering one:many training
• Skilled managing relationships with senior customer stakeholders through a project lifecycle
• Able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and keep them live
• Experience using activation data to catch risks, drive adoption
• Quick to develop deep product expertise and translate into clinical workflows
