📋 Description

• Help assess building designs against NCC/BCA provisions.
• Liaise with clients and prepare NCC/BCA compliance reports.
• Site visits to view progression and completion of large projects.
• Lead a team and develop junior building surveyors.
• Collaborate with clients and other teams on projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident.
• Post graduate qualification in Building Surveying with relevant experience.
• Current registration as Level 1 or Level 2 building surveyor.
• Capable of working autonomously as well as part of a team.
• Enthusiasm for business development highly regarded.
• Knowledge of Work Health and Safety requirements.
