📋 Description

• Administer and maintain salary structures, job frameworks globally.
• Partner on merit cycles, incentives, and promotions.
• Analyze compensation data and support pay transparency incl. EU directives.
• Collaborate with benefits and People Operations on global inquiries.
• Coordinate with HR Ops, Payroll, and local HR Partners for benefits.
• Support global benefits renewal, data submissions, budgeting.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in global compensation and benefits (Americas, EMEA, APAC)
• Knowledge of global compensation compliance and pay transparency directives
• Analytical skills with HRIS systems and compensation modelling tools
• Experience with compensation planning tools
• CCP or GRP certifications preferred
• Pave and UKG system experience preferred
