Growth Marketer (Social & Email) at Better Swag

We’re looking for someone who can move fast, learn in public, and prove impact with measurable growth. You’ve grown B2B or DTC businesses before and can show your results (ideally with numbers and clear outcomes). You’re a strong writer with a real growth mindset: you test, learn, stop what doesn’t work, and double down on what does. You’re also an entrepreneurial self-starter who takes ownership and turns ambiguity into execution.

You’ll be partnering closely with a small, agile team to sharpen our messaging, improve our social and email performance, and package customer stories into case studies that help prospects quickly understand the value of Better Swag.
