🎯 Requirements

• Min 3 years B2B sales, incl. 1+ year hunter/new business
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree
• CRM and solution selling expertise
• Strong business English and Romanian communication
• IT industry experience
• Interpersonal skills and ability to work in multicultural environments
• Energetic, self-motivated, able to handle fast-paced multitasking and stress
• Solid MS Office skills
