📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end HRIS implementation for BambooHR and compensation.
• Own project plan, timeline, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead data migration: map, cleanse, migrate data.
• Configure BambooHR for global operations: org structure, workflows, permissions, reporting.
• Bridge multi-country payroll by integrating EOR/payroll partners for HK and future countries.
• Plan and run UAT, deliver training, and ensure go-live readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven full-cycle HRIS implementations with migration and integrations.
• Hands-on HR data migration: mapping, cleansing, validation.
• Configuring HRIS for multi-country global ops with jurisdiction awareness.
• Designing/troubleshooting integrations APIs and middleware with payroll/EOR tools.
• Strong project management: timelines, stakeholders, rollout.
• UAT design/run and end-user training/documentation.
