Product Operations Coordinator at Everlane

📋 Description

• Own samples across supply chain from development to final TOPs.
• Track/receive samples from factories; manage packages in/out of HQ.
• Enter and maintain raw material data across WFX/MDD for tracking.
• Issue/track sample yardage POs with mills and factories.
• Build cross-functional ties with Design, Merchandising, Sustainability, Quality.
• Hybrid LA role; 3 days in office weekly; manage bulk POs.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years in PO management, sample tracking, or product dev coordination.
• Excel proficiency (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables) for cost sheets/delivery tracking.
• Experience with PLM/ERP systems (WFX, MDD) or quick learner.
• Accurate data entry and order management; spot cost/COO/port issues.
• Experience communicating with overseas vendors or factories.
• Able to manage 50+ POs or samples across multiple deadlines.
