📋 Description

• Own annual budgeting, quarterly re-forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Build and maintain consolidated operating model and driver-based financials.
• Partner with department leads to manage budgets and drive efficiency.
• Lead monthly close reviews; analyze variances for execs.
• Track SaaS KPIs such as ARR, NRR, CAC payback, margins.
• Prepare Board/investor/exec materials and run scenario planning.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in FP&A/strategic finance or related, in high-growth software.
• Expert financial modeling: dynamic, driver-based, auditable.
• Deep fluency in SaaS metrics and unit economics.
• Strong GAAP understanding; connects to FP&A outputs.
• Demonstrated business partnership with non-finance leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable with exec/Board.
